# Peanut Butter Cookies

## Ingredients

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp soda (baking soda)
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour

## Instructions

1. Combine brown sugar, white sugar, shortening, and peanut butter.
2. Add boiling water and mix well.
3. Add baking soda and eggs; stir to combine.
4. Mix in flour until a dough forms.
5. Shape dough into cookies and place on baking sheet.
6. Bake until done.
