Lemon Cake Mix
1 Pkg. Instant Lemon Pudding
Mix
4 Eggs unbeaten
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water

Put all ingredients in a
bowl and mix very well
Bake in a large greased tube
pan 50 - 60 min. 350° oven
Let cool in inverted pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
or ice

- 4 eggs, unbeaten
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup water

## Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix very well.
