4 cups sliced cooked beets (or very small beets
may be used)
1 cup white sugar
2 cups vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
6 whole cloves
¼ teaspoon whole pickling spices
Combine sugar, vinegar, salt, spices and heat. Add
cooked beets and heat through. Place in dish or jar and
allow to stand for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.

# Smorgasbord Beets
## Ingredients
