# Roquefort Dressing
## Ingredients
- 1 wedge roquefort cheese
- 12 oz carton sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic salt
## Instructions
1. Crumble the roquefort wedge into a bowl.
2. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, wine vinegar, and garlic salt.
3. Mix until well combined.
