2 pkgs frozen lima beans cooked
according to pkg. - add
1 cup salome or pepperoni.
½ cup chopped onions.
Dressing
½ cup oil 1 clove garlic
¼ " lemon juice ½ teas salt
¼ " parsley ¼ teas dry mustard
¼ teas pepper
Back:
Shake or beat dressing and pour
over beans & chill 1 hr. before
serving
At serving time arrange lettuce
leaves in bowl and spoon limas
on.

# Marinated Limas
## Ingredients
- 2 pkgs frozen lima beans, cooked according to pkg.
- 1 cup salome or pepperoni
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
## Dressing
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
## Instructions
1. Cook lima beans according to package directions.
2. Add salome or pepperoni and chopped onions.
3. Shake or beat dressing ingredients together and pour over beans.
4. Chill 1 hour before serving.
5. At serving time, arrange lettuce leaves in bowl and spoon limas on. -

3 large cans of Bushes Baked Beans
2 cans of Lima Beans drained
2 cans of Butter Beans (do not drain)
(may substitute other beans for Lima Beans or Butter Beans)
1 lb of ground beef browned with 1 chopped onion
Place the above ingredients into a crock pot and then add:
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Cook in crock pot on high for 1 hour or low for 2 hours
May cook on stove top (heat till warm)
Serves 15
(may cut recipe ingredients in half for smaller serving size)

# 3 Bean Dish
## Ingredients
- 3 large cans Bush's Baked Beans
- 2 cans Lima Beans, drained
- 2 cans Butter Beans, do not drain (may substitute other beans for Lima Beans or Butter Beans)
- 1 lb ground beef, browned with 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
## Instructions
1. Place the baked beans, lima beans, butter beans, and browned ground beef with onion into a crock pot.
2. Add the brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, and soy sauce.
3. Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 2 hours. May also cook on stove top, heating until warm.
4. Serves 15. May cut recipe ingredients in half for a smaller serving size.
