# Raspberry-Currant Jam
## Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups currant puree
- 3 cups crushed raspberries
- (no lemon)
- 7 3/4 cups sugar
- MCP pectin, all [full package]
## Instructions
1. Combine currant puree, crushed raspberries, and sugar. Do not add lemon.
2. Prepare and use MCP pectin according to package directions (see MCP Help line: 1-800-854-4615).
