1 c. all-purpose biscuit ½ c. mincemeat
mix ¼ c. packed brown sugar
⅓ c. granulated sugar ¼ c. flour
⅓ c. milk ¼ tsp. cinnamon
1 egg 2 tbsp. melted butter or
¼ c. melted butter or margarine

Heat oven to 375 degrees (moderately hot). Mix
first five ingredients into smooth batter. Spread into
greased and floured 9-inch round layer pan. Spread
mincemeat evenly over batter.
Mix last four ingredients together and sprinkle over
top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
Delightful served warm.

mix syrup with 2 c. biscuit mix
1 egg & 1/4 c. sugar. Pour into greased
8 or 9 in pan & cover top evenly with
crushed pineapple. Sprinkle with
1/4 c. brown sugar & nutmeg or cinnamon.

- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Nutmeg or cinnamon, to taste
## Instructions
1. Drain the crushed pineapple, reserving the syrup.
2. Mix the pineapple syrup with 2 cups biscuit mix, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup sugar.
3. Pour batter into a greased 8 or 9 inch pan.
4. Cover the top evenly with the crushed pineapple.
5. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar and nutmeg or cinnamon.
6. Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes.
